KidTherapy-Chester KidTherapy-Chester Chester, NJ Chester, NJ Part-time Part-time $20 - $25 an hour $20 - $25 an hour 4 days ago 4 days ago 4 days ago KidTherapy, a growing Chester, NJ pediatric private practice providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, and mental health services, is seeking a Part-time (20-25 hours/week, flexible hours) position for an Office Administrator to support office operations.
Responsibilities include:
Represent the clinic in a professional manner during in-person, phone, and email correspondence.
Manage general and client intake inquiries, and coordinate scheduling appointments.
Maintain and organize client's clinical information and documentation in confidential Electronic Medical system.
Management of insurance pre-authorizations and re-certifications Conduct clerical functions and work with vendors to ensure office supply levels are maintained and equipment is operational.
Support marketing functions including website, email, and printed marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
Customer service experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
Strong problem solving and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical able to quickly grasp new concepts.
Must have ability to maintain confidentiality to safely secure protected information for clients and company sensitive / proprietary information.
Experience in a medical / clinical office including insurance claims preferred.
