We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our RB Information Systems team supporting The French?s Food Company.
The main focus within IS at is to implement common business systems to deliver synergy, cost savings and drive the business forward. As Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Providing technical expertise and, where required leadership, to the business on projects involving assessment, design, development and implementation of business solutions.
Working with other business partners(s) to define business application requirements, analyze them, define resulting application changes and develop cost/benefit comparisons. This includes consideration and compliance with Reckitt Benckiser standards and security implications.
Working in multi-functional teams as the representative of the IS function. In this capacity, the Business Analyst will possess detailed knowledge of the technical aspects of a project but also an understanding of the broader business (especially commercial/financial objectives).
Additionally, the role requires effective communication and team skills, the ability to formulate clear recommendations on technical issues and a drive to achieve within set timelines and objectives.

POSITION DUTIES:
Perform system analysis, design, programming, testing, and documentation.
Monitor and analyze existing application systems (e.g. TM1, Anaplan, Operational Reporting, Siebel, JDE, Concur, Aspen). Recommend enhancements in technical function and business utility.
Assist business analysts and end users across all functional areas in identifying long-term, strategic commercial needs for the enterprise.
Provide support to troubleshoot any issues on TFFC used applications.
Ensure that all system security and control procedures are implemented and followed per change and incident Management RB protocols
Ensure that projects follow RBs project management and validation methodologies.
Maintain state of the art business and technological knowledge to enable the constant improvement of information systems.
As IS projects are scoped, participate in the effort to identify potential solutions, including: hardware considerations, purchased software options, internal software and development options and corporate hardware/software policy and direction.
Support efforts to program, test, and implement projects and enhancements.
Supervise the efforts of external programmer resources/vendors, if required.

POSITION
Qualifications:
Must have a degree in business administration or an IS-related discipline (Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, potentially high-pressure environment.
Ability to interact clearly with business users to ensure that software solutions fill strategic business needs.
Willingness and ability to work with multifunctional teams both in country and across the world.
Internationally mobile for future career opportunities within RB.
As needed, willingness to work outside of normal business hours to support business continuity.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
