Using your executive level support skills in this exempt level role, you will become the right-hand person to our Area EVP, North America, Australia and New Zealand and SVP Finance. This is an opportunity to gain exposure and valuable insights into the management of our North America, Australia and New Zealand consumer brands business in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
?Using advanced software skills will be responsible for the preparation of moderate to complex spreadsheets and presentations using MS Excel and Power Point. Review data for accuracy. These presentations may become part of both internal communications for the company.
?Forward planning and organizing of calendars including meetings, meeting content, travel, etc.
?Work with communications department to provide business updates to the company intranet site, The Biz. Contribute significantly to other important forms of communication.
?Interface with global colleagues especially the office of the global CEO and other Executive Committee members, global category development, etc.
?Diagnose and handle business issues as they arise in a logical, self-directed manner. Determine what issues need to be brought to management's attention.
?Become reliable first responder to both outside parties and internal employee requests through business letters and email communications. Field calls from external sources and handle requests appropriately.
?Responsible for some event planning for both on- and off-site departmental or site-wide meetings. This includes all logistical set ups, location, catering, equipment and travel.
?Manage all invoice tracking and other related tasks related to the budget.
?Take minutes at Management Team Meetings; compile action points and track to ensure all actions are completed on time, and distribute the information in a timely fashion.
?Manage confidential data, including sensitive business and financial data and personnel information.
?Review general administrative process and make efficient improvements to drive work efficiency and process.
?Professionally and accurately manage supervisor's agenda, calendar appointments, travel and meeting dates.
Qualifications
?A BS degree required with minimum of 5 years professional work experience; or an MBA with related professional experience prior to start of post graduate degree.
?Must be an out-going individual who possess a high level of initiative to get things done efficiently and logically
?A solid go-getter looking to take on the next challenge
?Demonstrated, expert-level skills using Power Point, Excel, Word and MS Outlook Calendar
? Must have proven analytical skills in working with data to insure it's accuracy and that it makes sense within the context of how it will be delivered.
?Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral with proven ability to draft business communications
?Must have ability to make quick, solid decisions with confidence in order to expertly field both internal and external business requests
?Must have ability to work independently, shift priorities in an ever changing work environment, get things done quickly and accurately.
? Must have the proven ability to navigate smoothly within a complex global matrix organization
?Ability to effectively and logically manage confidential and sensitive information properly
?Must have flexibility regarding working hours as overtime comes up often
?Must have ability to travel occasionally to support off site planned events both domestic and international
?Knowledge of web design and web based tools
?Professional work experience directly from a large consumer products company

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
