Ciderhouse is a regenerative farm and cidery whose Tasting Room offers a farm-to-table food program and unique cider-based cocktails.
We are an up-and-coming destination that has been featured in Food
Wine, Edible Jersey, New Jersey Monthly, Lehigh Valley Style, and Food Network magazines; PBS network; and more.

beverage program is complemented by a welcoming service style that is thoughtful but straightforward.

This year we are partnering with Alstede Farm, an established agrotourism destination in Chester, NJ.
We will be serving Ironbound Cider on their expansive farm most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
This position will take place solely at this satellite location - not at the Ironbound Farms Tasting Room in Asbury, NJ.
JOB DESCRIPTION Ironbound embraces a staff that is fun-loving, community-oriented, and passionate about the unique ciders and wines we produce in small batches at our Hunterdon County farm.
We exist in highly seasonal and often fast-paced environments where cooperation, a welcoming smile, and hard work are essential.
We are looking for outstanding people who want to bring a sense of professionalism and joy to this year's offsite team.
Duties for this position will include:
Serving cider and wine in our Outdoor Cider Garden at Alstede Farms in Chester Explaining our beverage flavor profiles, and educating customers about where we source our ingredients and how we make our cider Taking orders, selling product and ringing customers up using our POS system Create and maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for our guests through conversation Clearing trash and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the Cider Garden Responsible for stocking and restocking cider in the bar area and the walk in cooler Must be able to lift 25lbs SCHEDULING/AVAILABILITY Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays Additional special events Local to Hunterdon/Morris County is a major plus Able to get to Chester, NJ - this is an off-site role not located at our farm in Asbury, NJ COMPENSATION Hourly
