You'll need to have product and procedure knowledge to personalize treatments on the fly that produce results, as well as understand Good Vibe Medical's holistic service-offerings to compliment a client's journey.
Expected treatments include facials, hydrafacial, chemical peels, topical radiofrequency treatments, and skin care sales, amongst others.
The front desk coordinator will be an expert at product sales that feel organic by complimenting a client's needs.
Our front desk coordinator will consult with clients to assess their requirements, make informed recommendations and explain services, assist them to select appropriate treatments, and ensure their care and satisfaction.
To ensure success you should meet revenue goals, ensure client retention and build a solid client base.
Ideal candidates will be empathetic, caring and professional, and have the ability to make others feel good about themselves by delighting them everytime.
Responsibilities:
Providing client education, facials, body treatments, and assisting teammates with client intakes for teammates if needed.
Adhering to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time schedules.
Welcoming clients in a warm, friendly manner, accompanying them to and from treatment rooms, and thanking them sincerely on departure.
Interviewing clients to obtain information about contraindications, and examining skin to evaluate suitability of treatments.
Advising clients on skin care, and recommending suitable treatments and home care regimens.
Understanding protocols for pre-and-post care of all offered services, which may impact skincare routines or products.
Engaging and conversing with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests.
Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell spa and salon services, and retail products.
Requirements:

years industry experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding people skills and warm, friendly manner.
Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 30 pounds.
Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
Proficient with technology including taking photos, using ipads and electronic charting.
Social-media savvy to promote Good Vibe Medical services while adhering to company policies.
